🚨 BOI Update—The DOJ May Still Push Forward 🚨

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is stuck in legal limbo, but that may not last.

The DOJ just filed an intent to appeal the latest restraining order (Smith case), signaling that CTA enforcement could be back soon.

🔹 Supreme Court previously ruled that CTA enforcement could continue while litigation plays out.
🔹 A Texas judge issued another restraining order, but the DOJ is fighting back.
🔹 If the 5th Circuit follows precedent, expect CTA enforcement to resume quickly.
